VASE 1 SERIES
This series of work started off with my obsession in floral arrangements. I was surprised by how an arrangement can instantly brighten up a space, a corner,
a moment.
Flower arrangements have tended to be accessories, items to please others, or vehicles for other, more meaningful occasions. However, I wanted to capture the arrangement as the hero, to focus on the notion of beautiful things that are also strong, and that are bold enough to tell their own stories.
